Serendipity2 is looking to recruit a full-time Marketing Account Manager to join our full service marketing agency. A leading strategic consultancy working for consumer brand organisations, we require a driven and talented individual who would like to make their mark in a growing dynamic team.

Embracing omnichannel marketing, we deliver strategic insight, creative, design and digital communications across the total marketing mix.  Actionable insight means clients require marketing execution as part of a fully integrated approach. From brand strategy, corporate identity, mobile marketing and web design through to sales promotion, digital advertising, automated marketing and campaign management. We are looking for an individual to account manage projects across the total marketing mix.
Skills & Experience Required:

An enthusiastic Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years account management experience, preferably within an agency environment, and a proven track record in campaign management.  In addition to having a marketing or business degree, the ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, project management and IT skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.  Experience in off and online marketing is essential. A full driving license and own vehicle is a prerequisite for the role.


Responsibilities:  Dependent on experience, the Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as day to day contact for client accounts, providing effective advice and sustaining regular presence within client organisations
  • Account manage all new creative and integrated projects
  • Develop internal briefs for the Creative Director and Web developer
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide client management support to the Account Director
  • Develop written client proposals and presentation material
  • Support in the acquisition, development and implementation of new business accounts (meetings, proposals, ongoing implementation of account)
  • Work closely with the design studio managing output of accounts.
  • New business development support for the Commercial Director
  • Report directly to the Client Services Director
