The Co-operative childcare is part of Midcounties Cooperative and has 44 nurseries across England. As Co-op had grown rapidly over recent years they came to Serendipity2, to gain a better understanding of their parent base across different nurseries.
After an initial customer profiling and segmentation project across 17 selected nurseries, S2 worked on a multi- channel campaign to promote and drive footfall for 4 key nurseries holding open days.
Our in house creative team developed concepts and final artwork in line with the target audience across multiple channels including Outdoor, Email, Social Media and DM.
With the development of bespoke Pen Personas, future sales and marketing campaigns can be aligned to specific audiences relevant to each nursery to increase parent acquisition and retention.
