Carolyn’s background is in marketing and she has worked with a number of leading software business intelligence companies at both UK and EMEA level. Carolyn is instrumental in leading consulting and analytical teams in omnichannel strategy and deployment, go to market strategy and planning, marketing brand development and strategy and in advising and building insight driven sales and marketing strategy.
Specialties include advanced analytical and operational marketing, CRM proposition development, marketing leadership and programme delivery, strategic planning and development of industry based marketing solutions supporting new business acquisition, customer retention and development.
Carolyn’s recent work with major FMCG & Retail companies has focused on omnichannel sales and marketing strategy, using big data to achieve a deep understanding of customer and shopper behaviours, providing insights which streamline marketing processes such as routes to market, brand marketing activation and customer communication triggers.
Outside work Carolyn can be found underwater, by the side of a cold muddy football pitch or driving around the Buckinghamshire countryside in a restored 1976 Triumph Spitfire.
