Quality management calls, data capture & reporting


Coke GB needs to audit their soft drinks product range and equipment across Europe and the Middle East to ensure that they are dispensing Coca-Cola product to the highest quality. Any technical or product issues need to be captured and fed back swiftly and efficiently.

Covering over 2,000 outlets, across 31 different countries, Coke GB required a partner that could manage vast amounts of data whilst providing meaningful and accurate reports.


S2 manage the process of collating data capture forms that have been filled out by a network of technicians across 29 countries. Pre-populated electronic forms are created and dispersed to each country using our management database.

Returned forms are gathered and scanned to collate quarterly results across 5 main areas (temperature, carbonation, valve ratio check and overall recommendations).

Results are analysed against required metrics and reported against by country, down to store level each quarter. Performance is measured quarter on quarter to highlight poor performing countries and problem stores. Our dashboard reporting provides clear and concise information at varying levels, ensuring that critical data is clear at board level, whereas store level data is available for operational managers.


S2 manage this account smoothly and accurately, providing quarterly reports that present a vast amount of information in a meaningful format.

Good account management with country co-ordinators and expertise in working with large volumes of data has enabled S2 to provide valuable data that Coke GB can use to drive change. Due to the success of this programme, more countries are being included and integrated into the programme.
