S2 manage a rebate reward scheme for Subway Franchisees on behalf of Coca-Cola European Partners (Coke). Coke required a clear and simple solution for their Subway partner rebate program to ease administration and improve the overall process.
The scheme pays franchisees a rebate payment based on soft drinks and equipment purchased by store per quarter. CCEP required a partner who would be able to manage large amounts of data, make quarterly online payments and provide a good customer experience for Subway franchisees and provide additional value to the Coca Cola service agreement.
Coke and Subway also wanted to be able to produce an informative website and brochure for Subway franchisee owners to use as both an online resource and communication tool.
S2 has managed the Coke Subway rebate scheme on behalf of Coke for the last 7 years. We manage the ongoing payments for Subway Franchisees covering 1700 stores across the UK.
Sales data encompassing 8 criteria is processed each quarter to calculate payments with a full breakdown per store for each Franchisee. Payments are made online via BACS and remittance advice is sent out. Any queries and amends to store ownership are managed by S2 via a dedicated account manager.
The new website, printed brochure, fulfillment and telephone service offered by S2 on behalf of Coke provides Subway franchises with a single port of call for information relating to their rebate payments, merchandising, promotional offers, pricing, drinks dispense equipment and contact list.
