Serendipity2 has today announced the appointment of William Grace as Client Services Director. Since March 2022, William has been an integral part of the Serendipity2 team having joined the business as Director of Business Development.

Transitioning to Client Services Director, William will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with Serendipity2’s clients. This includes overseeing the management of key accounts, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from conception to completion. William will collaborate with all clients to ensure the consultancy delivers a first-class service, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

His dedication, eye for detail, strategic thinking, and commitment to client satisfaction made him the number one candidate to take over the role of Client Services Director.
