The Brief

Coca-Cola Freestyle is a soft drinks dispenser providing users with the freedom to personalise and pour their own drink. Offering more than 100 flavour choices, this piece of equipment has provided an innovative and engaging platform for soft drink users. 

Coca-Cola tasked S2 to design and develop a website platform for the Freestyle sales team to promote the Freestyle proposition to key retail customers such as Nando’s, Five Guys & Burger King. The website would provide an online resource to communicate the Freestyle offering and provide required resource tools and downloads.

ACTION

S2 worked closed with the Freestyle team to scope out the functionality and requirements of the site. Identifying how users would use the site to build a customer user journey and a ‘top tasks’ list. Working within the Freestyle brand guidelines, S2 designed and built a site that is both aesthetically appealing, helping promote this exciting brand, whilst providing the core functionality the sale team required. The site offers a vast library of downloads, guides and tools to aid new retail customers with the onboarding and installation process.

RESULT

Coke Freestyle has a striking website that embodies this exciting brand, providing an online resource tool for their sales team to engage new customers interested. S2 has hosted the site over the last 3 years providing updates and refreshes as required.
