The World of Wedgwood, (WOW), is a unique visitor experience providing a superb venue for a great day out and an opportunity to explore the tradition, history and diversity of this iconic English brand.  

WOW wanted to understand the make up of its best existing customers and to find more people just like them. As part of a wider customer insight and profiling project, S2 conducted onsite visitor surveys.

This research monitored harder demographics such as age, life stage and time of visit, along with softer attitudinal data on overall visitor experience, customer satisfaction, value for money and key drivers for day’s out and the reason for visiting WOW that day. 

This onsite research was used to help improve operations and customer experience, but also validated the insight gained within the customer profiling phases used by S2 to underpin future marketing and sales strategy.
