Bell Plantation (BP) is a hugely successful garden centre that offers plants, a café, poultry centre, farm shop, home and giftware store in Northamptonshire. S2 undertook a customer profiling exercise to better understand BP’s customers base and potential prospective audience. This was used to develop the right creative and communications to help raise awareness and drive traffic to the site.
S2 provided collateral on a monthly basis to support seasonal activity and promotions that were being run. Requirements ranged from outdoor signage, promotion of events and seasonal activity through to DM, leaflets and posters, table talkers for the café on site and digital assets for social platforms.
A quarterly magazine was designed and produced which is sent to their customer base but also available as a handout on site. This 32 page magazine was designed with a clean, contemporary style on uncoated stock to reflect the natural feel of the garden centre business.
Bell Plantation saw a significant rise in traffic and sales and they have recently undertaken a very extenseive redevelopment and expansion project. Regular marketing and communications aligned to the target audience continues to help drive footfall to the site.
