Domino’s INCIDENCE PAYMENT & incentive CAMPAIGN

The Brief

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) run a quarterly ‘incident programme’ for Domino’s franchisees in the UK, which rewards franchisees based on the number of instances that a coke product is sold in store. CCEP required a partner to manage this scheme which requires ongoing database management, processing of quarterly payments and ongoing help and support for franchisees.

Our Approach

S2 hosted and managed this incentive programme on behalf of CCEP for 780 UK Domino’s franchisees. Quarterly sales figures were collated and payments were calculated based on a matrix of incident bandings. Each franchisee was measured across their estate, which required consolidation of sales per store each quarter. Sales data was collated and payment tables was created for those that have achieved their target and again for those that don’t.

The Result

Online payments and corresponding remittance advice were sent along with communications of how each store performed against their target to encourage sales. S2 facilitated ongoing telephone support service for any queries and kept the database up to date for store change of ownership. Reports were provided back to CCEP on an ongoing basis. S2 have run an efficient and effective incentive programme for CCEP which we have managed for the last 10 years. Franchisees receive prompt payments and communications which improves relations between CCEP and Domino’s and the programme provides additional value for CCEP.
