Domino’s INCIDENCE PAYMENT & incentive CAMPAIGN
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) run a quarterly ‘incident programme’ for Domino’s franchisees in the UK, which rewards franchisees based on the number of instances that a coke product is sold in store. CCEP required a partner to manage this scheme which requires ongoing database management, processing of quarterly payments and ongoing help and support for franchisees.
S2 hosted and manage this incentive programme on behalf of CCEP for 780 UK Domino’s franchisees. Quarterly sales figures are collated and payments are calculated based on a matrix of incident bandings. Each franchisee is measured across their estate, which requires consolidation of sales per store each quarter. Sales data is collated and payment tables are created for those that have achieved target and again for those that don’t.
Online payments and corresponding remittance advice are sent along with communications of how each store performed against target to encourage sales. S2 offer an ongoing telephone support service for any queries and need to keep the database up to date for store change of ownership. Reports are provided back to CCEP on an ongoing basis.
S2 run an efficient and effective incentive programme for CCEP which we have managed for the last 10 years. Franchisees receive prompt payments and communications which improves relations between CCEP and Domino’s and the programme provides additional value for CCEP.
