The Brief
Imperial Corporate Events (ICE) is one of the leading corporate event agencies in the UK. Providing tickets and hospitality packages for the world’s most exclusive corporate events, ICE manages hospitality for companies around events such as Monaco Grand Prix, Royal Ascot and Henley Regatta.
ACTION
ICE was looking to undertake a web build refresh in line with their new brand positioning. The website acts as a shop window for companies looking for an events partner and required a balance of aesthetically pleasing design and functionality.
Due to the nature of the business, S2 led with a design that would provide a visually impactful and engaging site. Large visuals were used with an intuitive navigation to ensure individuals could navigate around the site easily. A mega menu design allows users to browse easily and see a range of information quickly without having to go into each section. The site has a sophisticated venue finder and is compatible with all mobile platforms, allowing enhanced ease of usage and the promotion of venues within the vicinity of the user.
RESULT
ICE has an attractive and dynamic website with a comprehensive search facility, multi viewing options and venue galleries. Particular attention has been taken on the accessibility and navigation of core information in order to provide an excellent user experience. The site was built with a contact management system that enables ICE to manage content, event information and updates continually, ensuring the site works for the business.
The result is a visually striking website which reflects the range and quality of high profile corporate events and the hospitality management expertise provided by ICE.
